Sadera Braid, OTR/L, IMH-E® is an Occupational Therapist with more than 32 years of experience serving children and families across early intervention, schools, community programs, and medical settings.

Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of diagnoses including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, prematurity, genetic disorders, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and medically complex populations. She has extensive experience supporting infants, toddlers, and young children with feeding, sensory, motor, and developmental challenges.

Sadera also holds an Infant Mental Health Endorsement (IMH-E®) as an Infant Family Associate, reflecting her commitment to supporting infants, young children, and families through a relationship-based and developmental lens.

Sadera approaches feeding through a holistic lens, considering body alignment, breathing, sensory processing, regulation, sleep, movement, and caregiver support as essential pieces of successful intervention. She believes caregivers are vital members of the therapy team and is passionate about empowering both families and clinicians through collaborative problem-solving.

Within The Integrated Therapist, Sadera brings expertise in early feeding, sensory integration, developmental foundations, caregiver coaching, and whole-child clinical reasoning.
