Hallie Bulkin, MA, CCC-SLP, CMT®, CPFT™ is an internationally recognized educator, speaker, and founder and CEO of Elevation Movement. She is the creator of The Integrated Therapist™, Feed The Peds®, The Myo Method®, the Certified Pediatric Feeding Therapist™ (CPFT™) certification, and the Certified Myofunctional Therapist® (CMT®) certification.

After building a successful private practice specializing in pediatric feeding, swallowing, airway, tethered oral tissues, and myofunctional therapy, Hallie transitioned into online education to help clinicians move beyond siloed thinking and become more confident, integrated practitioners.

Today, through her courses, certifications, mentorships, and speaking, Hallie has trained thousands of healthcare professionals to connect the dots across body systems, recognize hidden contributors, and confidently navigate complex clinical cases using evidence-informed, interdisciplinary frameworks.

Hallie is also the host of The Untethered Podcast®, where she shares practical education and conversations on pediatric feeding, airway, oral function, myofunctional therapy, and integrated clinical care.

Ann Blau, MS, CCC-SLP, CMT® is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, Certified Myofunctional Therapist®, and owner of Access Speech Services, a telepractice serving clients in New York and Florida.

For more than 21 years, Ann has worked across acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, and private practice settings. While her current clinical focus is the assessment and treatment of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders, her extensive background includes evaluating and treating adults with neurogenic speech, swallowing, cognitive, and voice disorders.

Ann has advanced training through The Myo Method®, Simon Says Myofunctional Therapy, and the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT). She is also a certified provider of LSVT LOUD and eLOUD and a registered MBSImP™ clinician.

Within The Integrated Therapist, Ann is known for helping clinicians think critically through complex cases, differential diagnosis, referral sequencing, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and the management of adolescent and adult oral function disorders.

Kaitlyn Shrum, MA, CCC-SLP, QOM, CMT® is a Speech-Language Pathologist, Qualified Orofacial Myologist, Certified Buteyko Breathing Educator, and founder of Southern Speech & Myo in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.

Her clinical experience spans hospitals, home health, and outpatient settings, where she has worked with both pediatric and adult populations. Kaitlyn has pursued advanced training in myofunctional therapy, tethered oral tissues, oral motor assessment and treatment, pediatric feeding, apraxia of speech, and breathing retraining.

Through her private practice, she focuses on helping clients improve oral function, breathing patterns, airway health, and overall quality of life through individualized, holistic care.

Within The Integrated Therapist, Kaitlyn brings expertise in myofunctional therapy, airway-focused care, feeding foundations, clinician mentorship, and practical clinical application.

Melanie Peacock Shell, M.Ed., CCC-SLP, CPFT™ is a veteran Speech-Language Pathologist with more than 46 years of experience serving children and families across hospital, outpatient, private practice, school-based, and home health settings.

She holds advanced training in Feed the Peds®, The Myo Method®, PROMPT, SOS Feeding Therapy, VitalStim, Beckman Oral Motor, NOMAS, AAC, sensory processing, and autism intervention. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively with children with feeding disorders, autism spectrum disorder, genetic syndromes, developmental delays, and complex communication needs.

Melanie is known for her relationship-based approach to therapy and her ability to help clinicians understand the deeper factors contributing to feeding and communication challenges. Her passion for mentoring, combined with decades of clinical experience, allows her to provide practical, immediately applicable guidance for therapists working across a wide range of pediatric populations.

Within The Integrated Therapist, Melanie serves as a bridge between feeding, speech, autism, and developmental care.

Sadera Braid, OTR/L, IMH-E® is an Occupational Therapist with more than 32 years of experience serving children and families across early intervention, schools, community programs, and medical settings.

Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of diagnoses including autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, prematurity, genetic disorders, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and medically complex populations. She has extensive experience supporting infants, toddlers, and young children with feeding, sensory, motor, and developmental challenges.

Sadera also holds an Infant Mental Health Endorsement (IMH-E®) as an Infant Family Associate, reflecting her commitment to supporting infants, young children, and families through a relationship-based and developmental lens.

Sadera approaches feeding through a holistic lens, considering body alignment, breathing, sensory processing, regulation, sleep, movement, and caregiver support as essential pieces of successful intervention. She believes caregivers are vital members of the therapy team and is passionate about empowering both families and clinicians through collaborative problem-solving.

Within The Integrated Therapist, Sadera brings expertise in early feeding, sensory integration, developmental foundations, caregiver coaching, and whole-child clinical reasoning.

Courtney Lewis, MOT, OTR/L, CPST is a National Board Certified Occupational Therapist and founder of NOSH Pediatric Feeding Therapy, where her mission is to transform mealtime struggles into joyful family experiences.

With over a decade of experience across pediatric home health, clinics, hospitals, schools, and virtual care, Courtney supports infants through teens with pediatric feeding disorders, sensory-based feeding challenges, and oral-motor difficulties. She believes in providing compassionate support, thoughtfully tailored resources, and evidence-informed, family-centered strategies that therapists can confidently translate into real-world success for the families they serve.

Her advanced training includes Feed the Peds®, Beckman Oral Motor, Responsive Feeding, TalkTools, SOS Approach to Feeding, AEIOU Integrated Approach, SOFFI, Get Permission Approach, and The Lactation OT.

She is passionate about helping therapists better understand the regulation, sensorimotor, relational, and environmental factors that shape mealtimes. Courtney is deeply committed to clinician mentorship and enjoys helping therapists build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, and develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans.

Within The Integrated Therapist, Courtney brings expertise in family-centered feeding, clinical application, and bridging the gap between knowledge and real-life implementation.
