Courtney Lewis, MOT, OTR/L, CPST is a National Board Certified Occupational Therapist and founder of NOSH Pediatric Feeding Therapy, where her mission is to transform mealtime struggles into joyful family experiences.

With over a decade of experience across pediatric home health, clinics, hospitals, schools, and virtual care, Courtney supports infants through teens with pediatric feeding disorders, sensory-based feeding challenges, and oral-motor difficulties. She believes in providing compassionate support, thoughtfully tailored resources, and evidence-informed, family-centered strategies that therapists can confidently translate into real-world success for the families they serve.

Her advanced training includes Feed the Peds®, Beckman Oral Motor, Responsive Feeding, TalkTools, SOS Approach to Feeding, AEIOU Integrated Approach, SOFFI, Get Permission Approach, and The Lactation OT.

She is passionate about helping therapists better understand the regulation, sensorimotor, relational, and environmental factors that shape mealtimes. Courtney is deeply committed to clinician mentorship and enjoys helping therapists build confidence, strengthen clinical reasoning, and develop individualized, family-centered treatment plans.

Within The Integrated Therapist, Courtney brings expertise in family-centered feeding, clinical application, and bridging the gap between knowledge and real-life implementation.
